All new members of the club should take advantage of the comprehensive health and wellness assessment, including consultation about the assessment results and what goals you have so that a safe, effective personalised programme can be designed for you.

IDEAL FOR NEW MEMBERS

Wellness assessment & safe, effective exercise plan

60 min consultation, health screening & body assessment   |   60 min programme instruction  |   $95


Foundation personal assessment

We will measure a few fundamentals of health screening for example: Blood pressure, pre exercise heart rate, body composition (not compulsory), and a sub-maximal or “moderate intensity” cycle ride to assess your current aerobic conditioning or “fitness”. Your instructor can also assess certain common musculo-skeletal imbalances that the large majority of desk workers develop over time from working on laptops and personal computers. The remedial exercises that may be given will reduce risks of muscle ache, even injury, and will even enhance the overall look of your body’s muscle tone and shape.


After your assessment

At the conclusion of the health assessment, we will make a second appointment with you so we can demonstrate your exercise programme to you. You will be taught perfect form for best results and we will set appropriate levels on all exercises for you depending on what your goals are, and what intensity you prefer to train at. Performing your toning / strengthening / remedial / body building exercises with absolute perfect form makes a gigantic difference to your results. Remember this tip; focus on the muscles not on the machine or weights you’re moving.


Additional personalised exercise plans

Additional personalised exercise plans can be arranged by speaking with staff at reception. Our excellent gym instructors will need to contact you to discuss your next phase of training, ask about any goal changes, and assess your progress. Once your programme has been created, you will be taken through the instruction session. Additional exercise plans (including consultation and instruction time) are made available to you for $45
