If you’re feeling a little stale with regular gym training, basketball could be the answer. Either shoot hoops by yourself, or better yet play a social game of one-on-one or with friends. Your body will thrive off this different form of exercise, so different to the mostly single plane of movement that most cardio machines give you. Basketball can burn up to 750 calories an hour, build endurance, improve balance and coordination, develop concentration and self-discipline and build up muscle. Get out there!
