With over 23 years of coaching and training experience, Aaron helps members build strength, improve fitness, and achieve real results with smart, structured personal training.

Aaron’s sessions focus on developing a strong, capable body — improving strength, posture, mobility, core control and conditioning in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable. He is known for helping people train consistently, progress safely, and feel confident in the gym, whether their goal is fat loss, building lean muscle, or simply feeling fitter and stronger for everyday life.

As one of New Zealand’s few registered Functional Movement Screen (FMS) practitioners (Levels 1 & 2), Aaron tailors training to how your body moves, using proven assessments and targeted exercises to improve movement quality and fast-track progress.

Aaron also offers tennis strength and conditioning in Auckland, including tennis fitness training, speed and agility development, and tennis-specific gym programs for players wanting to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
